6-week online Health Reboot
This program should be compulsory for everyone living in our modern food environment.
This program explains the science behind healthy eating so you understand why certain foods are healthy and others are less healthy. You also learn that how you eat and live are just as important. The tips and tricks you will learn have the potential to significantly impact how you feel day-to-day, sometimes even more powerfully than medicine!
The program is ideal for people who are sick of crash dieting and want a sensible and sustainable approach to eating. It will help immensely with low energy or conditions such as PCOS, insulin resistance, prediabetes or metabolic syndrome.

3 x 90 minute sessions held online via Zoom

Online attendance usually 7pm on Tuesday nights, at fortnightly intervals

Homework between sessions with recipes, activities, extra reading, as well as YouTube clips, movie and book recommendations.

1 x 30 minute private session included at the end to help decide next steps of your health journey

Highly educational, covering key basic concepts of healthy eating with a focus on how it impacts energy, weight and blood sugars.

45 minute online perimenopause workshop
Diet is incredibly important for women transitioning through their 40s. Join me for this short 45 minute online workshop to learn some nuggets of nutrition gold to help you transition though these years with ease. A previous attendee said "I came away feeling inspired and straight away made some simple changes that have made a difference."
P.S. Yes, this workshop is relevant to women in their early 40s!

6-week online Program for People with Down Syndrome
This program is designed to educate people with Down Syndrome, of all ages, on what and how to eat more healthily. The program gives practical and easy to implement diet and lifestyle advice.
The program is ideal for people with Down Syndrome who struggle with weight, portion control, or who love junk food and 'white carbs'. It is ideal preparation for those who have recently moved out of home or are preparing to move out.

Ideal for young adults with Down Syndrome who have recently moved to their own home.
The program is limited to 10 places.

The next program will run in February/March 2025. If signing up, make sure you are free at 7pm on Tuesday 11 February, 25 February and 11 March 2025. Session are recorded and shared.
