Hello, I'm Nicky.
I'm a Registered Nutritionist and founder of Nicky Clark Nutrition, specialising in helping adults over 40 improve their health, body composition and long-term health through evidence-based nutrition.
I am also founder of the 10-weeks to better health program.
While I support clients with a wide range of nutrition concerns, I have particular expertise in:
-
Midlife weight gain
-
Body composition and DEXA interpretation
-
Protein optimisation for healthy ageing
-
Men's health
-
Heart health and cholesterol management
- Perimenopause nutrition
- Nutrition support alongside GLP-1 medications
-
Nutrition for people with Down syndrome
I offer consultations in Sydney CBD, Rose Bay and online.
My interest in Down syndrome nutrition is both professional and personal, inspired by my youngest son, Michael, who has Down syndrome. This lived experience gives me a deeper understanding of the practical challenges families face and informs the compassionate, realistic support I provide.
If you would like to work with me, please get in touch.

My journey.
Before becoming a nutritionist, I spent 13 years working in Tax and Consulting with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Sydney and London.
I transitioned from corporate to nutrition after diet changes helped me get pregnant with my first child (read more here). I now love seeing clients make changes and then effortlessly lose weight, regain their energy, feel good in their clothes again and feel happier and healthier overall.
How I work.
My approach is built on five principles:
Diet is personal
No two people are the same, so no two nutrition plans should be either.
Never starve yourself for weight loss
I firmly believe that weight loss should not be achieved through willpower, starvation and hunger. There are better ways, and they work!
Habits before quick fixes
Real change happens through small, consistent actions. I use practical accountability tools and behaviour change strategies to help you build habits that last well beyond our consultations.
Food first
Whenever possible, I prioritise whole foods over supplements. Supplements have their place, but they should support a healthy diet—not replace it.
Collaborative care
I work collaboratively with your GP who should always be your first point of contact for any health concerns.
