Program overview
What? A 10-week diet and lifestyle program where you follow 10 rules for 10 weeks.
Who? For anyone who wants to get their health back on track – to lose weight, increase energy, lower cholesterol or build muscle.
When? The program runs throughout the year and lasts 10 weeks.
Where? Anywhere in the world online; the in-person option is only available in Sydney, Australia.
Why? To kickstart changes that will become habits for life. This is not a diet and it is not about starving!
10 rules | 10 weeks | 10 checkpoints
10 rules: You agree and then follow 10 rules which are personalised to you based on your goal, your health and your lifestyle. The rules follow a common framework but are personal to you.
10 weeks: On average it takes 66 times of doing something before it becomes a habit. This program lasts 70 days with the aim of changing your habits for life.
10 checkpoints: You will meet with Nicky at least 10 times during the program. Twice at the start, once at the finish and weekly during the program.

Health tests at the start and finish
You have the option of doing health tests at the start and finish, e.g. a DEXA body composition scan, blood tests to asses your metabolism.
these are optional but may give extra motivation, accountability, and help with personalising your rules.
You will be guided on the benefits of health tests in your first meeting and referrals will be provided during meetings if needed.
