10 rules | 10 weeks | 10 checkpoints 

10 rules: You agree and then follow 10 rules which are personalised to you based on your goal, your health and your lifestyle. The rules follow a common framework but are personal to you.

10 weeks: On average it takes 66 times of doing something before it becomes a habit. This program lasts 70 days with the aim of changing your habits for life.

10 checkpointsYou will meet with Nicky regularly during the program - twice at the start, once at the finish and weekly or fortnightly for the duration of the program.
