10 rules | 10 weeks
10 rules: You agree and then follow 10 rules which are personalised to you based on your goal, your health and your lifestyle. The rules follow a common framework but are personal to you.
10 weeks: On average it takes 66 times of doing something before it becomes a habit. This program lasts 70 days with the aim of changing your habits for life.
10 checkpoints: You will meet with Nicky regularly during the program - twice at the start, once at the finish and as many times as you need during the program.

Health tests at the start and finish for motivation and accountability. Nicky will guide you on health tests suitable for you.
Most people choose to do a DEXA body composition at the start and finish – total cost is around $180.
