Program overview
What? A simple 10-week diet and lifestyle program where you follow 10 rules for 10 weeks.
Who? Anyone who wants to get their health back on track. The health goal is personal – it could be to lose weight, reverse prediabetes, lower cholesterol, build muscle or increase energy.
When? The program runs throughout the year and lasts 10 weeks
Where? Anywhere in the world online. The in-person option is only available in Sydney, Australia.
Why? To kickstart changes that will become habits for life.

10 rules | 10 weeks | 10 checkpoints
10 rules: You will develop and agree your 10 personalised rules before you start the program. The rules will follow a common framework based on the latest nutrition science, but they will be personalised to you depending on your goal, health and day-to-day lifestyle.
10 weeks: The program runs for 70 days so you can change your habits for life because, on average, it takes 66 times of doing something before it becomes a habit.
10 checkpoints: You will meet with Nicky one-to-one 10 times during the program. Twice at the start, 7 times during the 10 weeks, and once at the finish.
