A targeted workplace health and wellness program where employees follow 10 rules for 10 weeks to help kickstart diet and lifestyle changes.

Employees follow 10 rules for 10 weeks. The 10 rules follow a common framework for all employees, but they are personalised so they are unique to each employee’s goals and capabilities.

A weekly leaderboard is used to track adherence to the rules and to foster friendly competition within the team. Personalised rules mean the rules are ‘handicapped’ for the leaderboard challenge.

Extensive health tests that go beyond the norm, usually including a comprehensive blood test & DEXA body composition scan at start and finish

Group education sessions to support program.

The program lasts for 10 weeks or 70 days, as on average, it takes 66 times of doing something to become a habit.

Employees do health tests in Sydney CBD - or near office location - in one morning.

Group session to go through health test results, explain the rules of the program and the how the leaderboard challenge will work.
