Overview 

  • A targeted workplace health and wellness program where employees follow 10 rules for 10 weeks to help kickstart diet and lifestyle changes.

  • Employees follow 10 rules for 10 weeks. The 10 rules follow a common framework for all employees, but they are personalised so they are unique to each employee’s goals and capabilities.

  • A weekly leaderboard is used to track adherence to the rules and to foster friendly competition within the team. Personalised rules mean the rules are ‘handicapped’ for the leaderboard challenge.

  • Extensive health tests that go beyond the norm, usually including a comprehensive blood test & DEXA body composition scan at start and finish 

  • Group education sessions to support program.

  • The program lasts for 10 weeks or 70 days, as on average, it takes 66 times of doing something to become a habit.

Benefits for employees

Designed for the corporate environment, this 10-week program combines 'beyond the norm' health testing with group education, and group motivation and accountability. 

 

The program provides easily accessible, private onsite 1:1 health drop-in sessions, helping to combat the 'I don't have time' issue faced by many busy office professionals. 

 

To keep motivation high and engagement consistent, a weekly "handicapped" leaderboard tracks individual progress, fostering a fun sense of friendly competition across the workplace.
