Bolognese Boost (NEW)
Now available to buy for $25 - one bag is like buying the equivalent iron of 8 rump steaks!
What is it? Each packet contains 50g of superbly nutrient dense powdered chicken liver from happy healthy certified organic chickens. Nothing has been added or done to the chicken livers except for removing water (75% of the weight) by freeze drying.
Why? Just one scoop of this powder can be easily added to your everyday cooking and it gives the equivalent iron of eating a whole steak!
Add a few scoops to your spaghetti Bolognese sauce or your chicken pie and you can be sure that you and your family are getting the nutrition they need.

This is a package of 3 private nutrition sessions with me (90 minutes + 60 minutes + 60 minutes) typically spaced across a 3-month period.
The Christmas package costs $560 (representing a 15% discount from my regular price of $660).
Sessions must be used in the months of January, February, March, April 2025.
Sessions are online anytime or in-person are Monday & Tuesdays in Sydney CBD, or Wednesday & Thursdays in Rose Bay.
